I don't sell packages off a price list. The cost depends on the stage of the investment, the scale of the offer and whether we're setting up go-to-market from scratch or recovering sales in an active project. In the initial call I assess the scope and say plainly whether I see a reason to step in.
Do you take over all marketing, or work with my team?+
Both work. I can run the whole thing or step in as a strategic layer above your existing team and agencies — setting direction, tidying the process and making sure everything works toward sales.
