This policy describes what personal data is processed in connection with the use of zbigniewdukaczewski.com, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what rights data subjects have, in line with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we process
The following categories of data may be processed:
- Contact form data: name or company name, contact details (phone number or email address) and the message / short description of the project situation that you provide voluntarily.
- Qualification form data: voluntary answers about the project (e.g. investment type and scale, role in the organisation, time horizon, readiness), used to assess fit for collaboration.
- Technical and analytics data: collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (e.g. anonymised IP address, cookie identifiers, on-site interaction events, device and browser type). Interaction events do not contain text entered in forms.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contact, handling enquiries, discussing potential collaboration — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at the data subject's request and the controller's legitimate interest).
- Analytics and measuring site performance — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given in the cookie banner) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest — maintaining and improving the site).
- Marketing and remarketing (Meta, LinkedIn) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent to marketing cookies). Marketing tags do not fire before consent is given.
4. Recipients and tools
Data may be entrusted to service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery (CDN).
- Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (analytics, tag management).
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics) — cookie consent management.
- Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel (marketing, after consent).
- LinkedIn — LinkedIn Insight Tag (marketing, after consent).
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (including the USA). Such transfers take place under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the Data Privacy Framework. We do not use server-side tracking.
5. Cookies
The site uses cookies in three categories: necessary (site operation), statistics / analytics, and marketing. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after consent is given in the banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time — including via the consent panel below.

6. Retention
Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and conduct collaboration discussions, and then for the period of limitation of any claims. Analytics and marketing data is kept for the period resulting from each tool's settings and the validity of consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectification (correction) of data,
- erasure of data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
